The incident was reported just before 3 p.m. in the 800 block of Old San Francisco Road, near South Wolfe Road, the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety said in a news release.

After entering the store, the suspects demanded money, according to authorities. No injuries were reported.

Officers arrested one of the suspects near the scene, but the others escaped in a vehicle.

A shelter-in-place order was issued for nearby Braly Elementary School “out of an abundance of caution,” authorities said.
