MUNI CODE VIOLATION: 4:51 p.m. at Vivere on Riviera Drive. A caller reported that five juveniles were gathered at an apartment without any parents home. They said they had a recording of the juveniles drinking alcohol in the apartment.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: 11:53 a.m. on Phillips Avenue. A caller reported that they witnessed a car driving by their residence slowly, taking pictures.

NOISE DISTURBANCE: 10:45 p.m. on Constitution Avenue. A caller reported a party taking place in a house that’s listed as for sale and should be vacant.

TRAFFIC HAZARD: 3:49 p.m. at Shannon Road and Hicks Road. Someone was walking dogs in the road in the opposite direction of traffic.

LOST PROPERTY: 4:39 p.m. on Mattson Ave. The caller lost a green and yellow Senegal parrot who is “very friendly” and responds to the name “Appi.”
